As I mentioned in previous post - Julia Spiri created New collection and it is called The Hat Collection (you can find them here) - there are 4 beautiful images of ladies with different hats :D

The Fantasy Hat - I used to my second make - and I tried DIY texture paste to alter wooden frame:
On the Frame I used Gear stencil together with Texture Paste (1 part of white acrylic paint, 1/2 part of white glue and app. 1 part of baking soda - I added little more to make the right consistence of paste), when it was dry I paint it with black acrylic paint, and then added Perfect Pearl powder - Copper.
As the embellies I added some cie cutted gears (painted with black and add Perfect Pearl copper)
